Inspired by the colours of the Australian landscape, Sage takes my ‘line’ paintings to a pretty sophisticated and very gentle style.
I love how the paint seems to drift or float away like ripples in the water.
I intentionally created different layers with the oil washes to show the different stages of the painting and the different thickness of the lines.
Shoulder held up well too!
