All rights reserved. No part of this print, catalogue or imagery contained within may be reproduced, transmitted or stored in an information retrieval system in any form or by any means, graphic, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, taping and recording, without written permission from David Spencer.

For artworks

All artworks are photographed for digital representation and reference purposes only. Please note that different screen resolutions will display the painting colours differently. Minor variations in colour, tone, texture, detailing, composition, and scale may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, and the nature of original hand‑created works. These variations do not constitute a fault or defect. Be certain of your choice before purchasing on-line. All possible care will be taken to get your purchase to you. Paintings have the face covered and protected with cardboard, bubble-wrapped and custom boxed in hard cardboard or timber, depending on destination with tracking and insurance.  Please allow 7 to 30 working days from date of order to delivery. Time to receive will depend on destination. Tracking number will be provided and a Certificate of Authenticity.

2% merchant fee added to final transaction for credit card / Stripe processing outside of Australia.

For gift cards

Please be aware while all effort is taken to make the print match the original painting as much as possible, the colours on the resulting print may may be slightly different due to the printing process.

Gift cards entitle the holder to goods equal to the value stated on the Gift Card.

  1. Gift Cards are only redeemable at spencertive.com

  2. Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash. Gift Cards are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

  3. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  4. Gift card can only be used once.
