Pomelo

A$7,000.00
Sold

2025
Mixed media on canvas
130cm x 180cm

This is a great size canvas to work with and this started out with all sorts of nonsense. Glue, found objects, brick dust, old brush water, acrylic, oil wash, charcoal and spray paint. Left it to dry and then rolled back into it with pinks. Heaps of texture as I let the paint guide me. So many cool things happened when the different paints mixed too, which requires a closer inspection.

It’s not often, but sometimes everything works really early, so I decided to leave it and let the world decide. You got to be happy with that!

Oh, and have a
pomelo in summer, do it!
