Long days, fast years

A friend with two young children said this title in a conversation we we're having about our families and in my mind, it couldn't be truer. The busy and at time chaotic lives a family leads can be a little overwhelming at times. But boy it goes fast!

But the painting itself is the result of an interest of mine to be bolder and freer with my art and it's initial development. So un-stretched and solely painted on the floor produced this piece, first in a series of of at least 10 new paintings.
