Titling paintings is fun. Sometimes it requires some deeper and representative meaning to help push along the image. Other times it could be just what's happening.
I was listening to Herbie Hancock's "Be Still". Such a beautiful floating track which always floods me with youthful memories.
The elephant relates in part to the trunk-like shape in the painting.
Putting the phrases together also relates to my two toddlers who yesterday caused a new flock of grey hair to appear. They we're so full on man. So loud, intense and beyond reasoning.
So yeah, 'Be still you elephants!"
